It’s time to fuel performance, not just fill snack bowls.

With the digital age contributing to the widespread diet misinformation, leaders and employees alike are confused about how to properly fuel in a fast-paced world. Overwhelmed, they get caught in poor eating and mindless snacking ruts. While their energy and productivity plummet, employees asking questions like:

“How come by 3pm, all I want is sugar?”

“Why do I feel exhausted, even when I’ve drank 3 cups of coffee?”

“I can’t stick to a meal planning routine- what gives?”

What people want is clarity: Which foods are actually healthy? How do they stop stress snacking on chocolate at work? How do they make time to prep healthy meals and snacks when they’re busy with meetings, deadlines, and family life?

As a health speaker, Kait not only answer these questions but offer tools and strategies to make healthy living sustainable for corporate leaders and teams.

Shamella Knight Harmon with Orange County Head Start:

“Kait Richardson… completely captivated the staff during our 2022 and 2023 Head Start Staff Wellness Health Summit. Her presentation was not only insightful, but it was relatable, and the information was obtained through hands on activities like “build your own healthy snack” and interactive discussions. We left feeling motivated to change our habits to healthier ones and received a wealth of knowledge on how to do it.”

Hi, I’m Kait!

Although I’m a Registered Dietitian, I’ve had my share of food struggles…

For over a decade, I tried every diet under the sun- intermittent fasting, counting calories, tracking macros, eating “clean”- just to find that they left me unsatisfied and hangry.

After a few short weeks or even days of any diet, I’d throw in the towel once I got invited to happy hour or lunch at a taco joint with a business client. From there, all bets were off- I was shoveling whatever junk I could find in my mouth!

The result of my extreme dieting was how crummy I felt ALL of the time. When I was restricting, all I thought about was food. When I was binging, I was preoccupied with my food regret. Neither of these states helped me get much done in my professional or personal life. I barely had energy to get out of bed, let alone go exercise or work on projects. My brain felt foggy, my focus was lagging, and my life started to feel pretty dull.

Even though I was a dietitian, I felt like the only one around me who couldn’t figure out how to eat like a normal freakin’ person.

Years of trial and error, mistakes, and countless lessons learned gave me my answer: balance. I discovered the importance of the 80/20 rule for creating sustainable eating patterns that made me feel invincible.

The result? Limitless energy, maximum productivity, and mental clarity like I had never felt before (all achieved without giving up my favorite foods!)

After witnessing the incredible transformation in my own life and the lives of my 850+ of private nutrition clients, I was inspired to help organizations cultivate wellness incentives within their culture to fuel their mission and goals.

Health and Wellness Speaker Kait Richardson, RDN in Orlando, Florida

Today, I collaborate with leaders and organizations to help them boost team productivity, energy, and enthusiasm using nutrition.

We spend so much time at work. I believe it should be the place that gives people the tools to be their healthiest, happiest versions of themselves- not their #1 excuse as to why they can’t eat well.

My invitation: start the conversation around nutrition with your team . . . and let’s start it together!
